PUBLIC DOMAIN is Your Backyard Cinémathèque.
We create spaces where cinema becomes a shared cultural experience.
Sometimes that means a library. An art gallery. A neighborhood shop. A backyard. A wall nobody was using. For a few hours, any place can become a cinema.
We wanted this in Southeast LA. So we made it ourselves.
Films pass through. Some things stay.
Before the backyard.
